I take pride in delivering quality service to ensure my clients needs are met. Beginning with my years working at Nordstrom where I developed a first class customer service background from a major corporation I learned the importance of leading by example in the management program as well. While working at Nordstrom, I received the “ All Star Award” for excellence in customer service awarded by the store manager. I am used to putting on different hats to make sure goals are met. Taking away how to play different rolls in both working environments has refined my efficiency, critical thinking, and problem solving skills. Currently I’m working in the real estate field in the title insurance sector. I specialize in teaching courses on our cell phone app to help real estate agents to prospect and grow their business. From marketing ideas, farming tools for agents to keep track of their neighborhoods, seller net sheets, obtaining Property info for clients, and personal one on one training I ensure to go above and beyond for my clients to deliver results while producing life long clients.
