About Nicu Mardari

I run 7code. Most of my week is spent with founders and CTOs who have something that works in a demo and doesn't survive real users. 7code is an AI-native engineering partner based in Cluj. We design, build and operate software that companies depend on — from a first product to AI features running in production. Strategy, design and engineering under one roof. Most people come to us with one of four things: → A product to build. An idea, or a prototype that proved the point and now needs a real product underneath it. One team from scoping to live, not three vendors to coordinate. → A team to extend. Senior engineers into a team you already run. You keep the roadmap and the standards, you interview everyone yourself, allocation takes 2–4 weeks. → Work still done by hand. Invoices, quotes, reports, approvals — the things that quietly eat two days a week. We start with a short look at your process and tell you what's worth automating, what it saves and what it costs. → A technical partner. Agencies and consultants who win the work and need someone reliable to deliver the engineering under their brand. How we work: — Senior-led. A senior engineer or architect owns the work. No juniors hidden behind a rate. — Production hardening by default. Evals, guardrails, traces and cost dashboards ship with every AI feature, not as a phase two. — No account-manager layer. You talk to the people building it. — Fast allocation. 2–4 weeks from signed to a team working. Eight years. 20+ projects. 98% satisfied clients. Two you might know: we built the electronic voting solution for the European Parliament, and the fleet monitoring system for Expo Dubai. If one of those four is your situation, send me a message. Twenty minutes, no deck — and I'll tell you if it isn't a fit. nicu.mardari@7code.ro |
