Hello! I'am Nida, a fresh graduate of psychology at Mercu Buana University with GPA 3.80. I am a fast learner, detail oriented, hardworker, & flexible person. I have an interested about Research, Human Resource, Digital Strategy, Content Development, & Social Media Marketing. I work effectively under pressure and always thrill to learn new thing. I have a 3 years of experiences in produce, develop, manage, campaign and analyze content for social media or print media. I work effectively under pressure and developed excellent communication skills through my job experience. I have an interests in political, social, economy, tech, health, science, and international issues. During college I have experience in organizational development for approximately 3.5 years. I am also actively involved in taking important roles in the organization. I am familiar with conducting test and interview candidates, besides that I am used to doing project planning (Project Plan), documentation, Proficient in Microsoft Office (word, excel, power point), project control & monitoring. Then during college I was also accustomed to designing and conducting training programs using teaching techniques to improve the performance of organizational members. I have experience in handling process & people development.
