Led a Data Analytics project with the goal to improve insights, automate data refreshes & reports which led to actions derived from grounded in numbers. Currently leading initiatives in software development, hardware development, digital content creation, subscriptions, and Customer Service transformation driven by recurring insights & AI technology (Copilot).
