Patton Building was first established and launched in 1984 and has been successfully growing since then. Run by Master Builder Nigel Armstrong, Patton Building offers a fully project managed 1-2-1 bespoke service to over 300 clients within the Perth area. Although the business began it’s life doing smaller bespoke builds and renovations, over the years it has grown to confidently handle large high-end and heritage projects. In 1985 Patton Building became a member of the Housing Industry Association, and in 1989 became a member of the Master Builders Association. Then went on to win over 30 awards, including the John Peterson Award for the Best Custom Build, the Innovation and Housing Award twice, and WA Home Of The Year for a project in Cottesloe. Now known within the industry for its high quality work, and attention to detail, Patton Building has organically grown via word of mouth and referrals.
