About Nigel Berry

I am a dedicated person who strive for excellence in all my interactions. I put the customer in the center of my business, and make every eort to deliver fast, ecient service. To do this I need to be innovative and have strong organisational skills. I perform well under pressure and I do my best to help and assist customers and peers. Ethics and integrity is an integral part of my value system. I believe this mind-set is necessary for Eskom to become a world class organisation. Safety is very important to me. I am the safety representative for the Warehouse in Brackenfell and on the emergency preparedness team for the Rskom Brackenfell complex. My training is up to date and I am frequently involved in safety investigations. I enjoy working with people and have had supervisory rolls in my past employment. My management style include building and movi ng dynamic teams and I had great success with it. I believe in transparency and leading from the back – being a servant leader. I am looking forward to new opportunities and are ready to take on new challenges.
