About Nigel Campbell

I'm a seasoned Microsoft Dynamics CRM expert with over a decade of hands-on experience across development, project management, business analysis, and reporting. My approach goes beyond system implementation—it's about integrating Dynamics with business processes, user experience, and reporting to deliver meaningful, accessible insights for users and decision-makers. With a strong background in Business Intelligence, I focus on ensuring that the data captured within CRM systems supports accurate, visually compelling reporting and analytics. Getting the foundation right is key to unlocking valuable insights. I'm also highly experienced in Dynamics 365 Customer Insights, helping organizations leverage its capabilities to drive targeted campaigns, improve customer engagement, and align marketing efforts with broader business goals. I understand how to connect marketing automation with CRM data to deliver measurable outcomes. While Dynamics is my specialty, I'm equally comfortable working across other platforms and have successfully managed additional systems alongside my CRM responsibilities. I thrive on solving complex problems, aligning technology with business strategy, and driving continuous improvement.
