About Nigel Dadswell

I'm a recent graduate of Simon Fraser University's School of Public Policy and multi-role staff member at Community Living Society, a non-profit organization committed to supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities to live as full citizens. I have a background in human resources, community support work, education, and customer service; and have completed a post-graduate diploma in Human Resource Management at the British Columbia Institute of Technology where my primary focus was on the fields of labour relations and business policy, though I also have interests in conflict management and human resource information systems. My goal is to work in a capacity that can effect employment and healthcare policy, with an emphasis on advocating for equitable and thoughtful provision of healthcare; and ensuring those providing said care are a part of a robust person centered ecosystem of care providers, ensuring a healthy and sustainable work environment.
