I am the Managing Director and Practice Lead (Commercial Disputes) at Aptum. My time at the Bar was invaluable, gaining significant experience in the management and resolution of complex, large scale commercial disputes. My experience with commercial disputes traverses all areas of commercial law. I have advised on, and appeared in, disputes involving insolvency, tax, corporations law, contract law, equity and trusts, financial services related disputes, property and building and construction disputes.
