My skills within estate agency are varied and have been gained through over 33 years in the estate agency industry and over 20 years in a management position. Able to effectively communicate with a wide range of clients from home owners, investors, landlords, property builders and company directors. Very competent listening skills and the ability to empathise with clients' needs across the whole marketplace having worked in areas covering all price brackets from first time buyers to executive detached properties, country estates, commercial properties and various new homes sites. Strong presentation skills gained through 25+ years of carrying out office meetings, training sessions and market appraisals/valuations and presentations in customers' homes. Experienced within the lettings market, covering all aspects of this role from viewings to referencing and preparing contracts, property appraisals and inspections. Ability to quickly build rapport with clients and colleagues and deal with problems effectively even in a high pressure environment. Work effectively within targets, leading a team to beat their targets, experience of business planning and reviewing progress to achieve and beat targets. Experience of selling all types of financial products and gaining appointments for Financial Advisors both face to face and on the telephone
