Background

About Nigel Lewis

I am an accomplished and agile sales leader with clear vision. An extremely organised, creative and proactive problem solver that thrives in a challenging, fast paced environment. I am hands-on, tenacious and highly motivated to succeed and achieve results. Having trained with a market-leading retailer with thousands of employees and then a rapidly expanding SME with less than 30 staff, I have finely tuned my interpersonal skills and leadership qualities. I have a proven track record of joining under performing stores and getting back to the basics, rooting out the issues and constructively building a stronger, more focused team to achieve KPI’s and profitability. Since I joined American Golf my new team goes from strength to strength as one of the top performing stores in the company (from being one of the worst), regularly hitting sales target and all KPI’s. Customer engagement is at a high, the team are focused & motivated and it’s a pleasure to go to work every day, despite the 2 hour round commute!
