About Nigel Lim

Being an advocate of Quality Assurance, my primary objective is to ensure that services/products that leave the Company/Organisation's door would etch a positive lasting impression on the users' mind. System Safety, Project Management, Quality Assurance Engineering as well as Supplier Quality, formed the enablers of how I balance precautionary and mitigating actions to various risks and opportunities for various Quality Assurance related tasks and deliver beyond customers' expectations. Believing that:"Quality Assurance belongs to everyone, and it seeds from good communication and teamwork", I have always walked the path of a team player and continuously seek improvement on my communication skills to gain the buy-in of various stakeholders, management levels and departments on the need to abide by the Quality Management System.
