About Nigel Lucombe

Originally a Real Estate Agent with brokerage & relocation company, DJ Knight & Co. in New York City, Nigel worked with financial services, consulting firms, insures and other corporate clients to provide company housing, home purchase, rental assistance and residential brokerage service. Nigel moved to Tampa in 2004 to earn a graduate degree in business communications & marketing at Kaplan University. This experience, coupled with his undergraduate degree in Business Management at Baruch College, has provided him with valuable skills that he uses daily in real estate negotiations, marketing, promotion & communication. For over a decade, Nigel differentiated his self by Educating home-buyers and sellers on local Real Estate markets, industry trends, and effectively marketing client’s listings with the latest technology. Nigel has been mentoring clients through the process of buying or selling real estate and clients often describe him as detail-oriented, proactive, and punctual. He enjoys spending time on the Beach, riding his bike, and traveling. Nigel proudly volunteers at Habitat for Humanity and supports several great non-profit organizations, including Metropolitan Ministries, The Salvation Army, and Children International.
