Based in Houston, Texas for past 32 years directing construction claims and commercial contracts management consultancy, with responsibility for activities in North and South America, Caribbean and US based Clients working internationally. 35 plus years of contractual, commercial management, change order, claims, project controls and project auditing experience, principally in upstream and downstream Oil and Gas, Energy, and Civil Engineering industries. Assigned to multibillion dollar projects, led teams in contracts management, claims and in dispute resolution in a variety of international locations including the United States, Canada, Middle East, Far East, West Africa, Brazil, Chile, Peru, Venezuela, Caribbean, Australia, Europe and the UK. Prepared and negotiated claims on numerous high value international projects, using FIDIC or various bespoke EPC forms of contract.
