About Nigel P. Daly

With a PhD in language teaching and 25+ years EFL teaching experience, I am passionate about training the body and mind to optimize learning, teaching, and communication abilities. We can’t separate language and communication, but most language teaching ignores the importance and strategies of communication. In the real world, we often communicate to influence someone. We usually want them to • understand us, but also • like us, • trust us, • do something for us. Understanding us is not enough. That is why I help EFL professionals to first understand and improve their communication ability, and then work on Language ability. That’s why my courses and professional training workshops on “Communication and Language Training” focus on persuasion strategies from psychology—and specifically • research communications, • sales communications, and • marketing communications. And since AI is a career skill, I train these strategies with the use of generative AI to turn these strategies into the most effective learning and communication outcomes. I am always trying to understand, stay updated, and share the latest technologies and effective language learning and communication strategies for academic, business, and social media settings.
