I am privileged to have been part of a number of prestigious projects over the last 27 years; playing a lead procurement role in the creation and development of schools, hospitals, residential developments, arenas and distribution centres as well as road and rail infrastructures. I have captured the desires, goals and inspirations of my clients, creating lasting monuments that will be remembered. Adopting a proactive and strategically focused approach to every task, I have the ability to produce highly competitive bids that win major contracts and work tirelessly with architects, designers and clients to consistently deliver high quality solutions. I am logical and analytical and take a balanced view to current market climates when implementing selection strategies. Having successfully streamlined processes and developed robust procurement strategies, I have created PSL’s that facilitates the confidence of a cost-effective, best value and high quality solution. Building a superb supply network within the North and Midlands region, I am adept at working collaboratively with large multi-disciplinary teams and negotiating complex contracts and agreements with multiple suppliers, manufacturers and sub-contractors. I have a proven track record of delivering key projects and business objectives whilst maximising revenues with substantial savings and profit margins.
