About Nigel T.

As an Operations Manager at Best Logistics Group, I oversee the outbound transportation logistics for various clients, ensuring efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction. I have successfully implemented process improvement initiatives and Lean tools, resulting in increased productivity, reduced costs, and enhanced safety. I have a strong background in operations management, with over three years of experience as a Delivery Operation Manager at Amazon, where I managed the execution of all business, technical, and fiscal functions of the delivery station on-road operations. I was also a subject matter expert for all Delivery Associates and Delivery Service Partners process areas, and I cultivated and sustained a positive culture, quality performance, and a safe environment for all associates. I hold an MBA in Business Administration from Gannon University, where I studied finance, human resources, and risk management. I also have a Six Sigma Green Belt certification, which demonstrates my analytical skills and problem-solving abilities. I am passionate about learning and logistics, and I enjoy finding solutions and optimizing processes. My goal is to leverage my skills and experience to contribute to the success of Best Logistics Group and its clients.
