Building on previous roles in engineering with ICI/Dupont and combining them with the technology skills as a Systems and Project Manager. I have taken these skills and combined them all to form a new company that can deliver a consultative engineering solution to help improve the effectiveness of manufacturing and production with the goal of improved up-time, maintenance excellence and instilling a best of breed maintenance practice Previous Companies include Huthwaite International, where I had 6 enjoyable years there applying and building on what I had learnt from my previous roles, Fresenius AG where I Project Managed a 3.5mio Dm SAP R3 Implementation (97-99) for the whole of Fresenius UK and prior to that In Dupont with Sap project management and Operational Production and mechanical Planning roles,With experience in ISO Lead Auditing and prior to that working on the Site Engineering Leadership Team to improve the reliability of the engineering using PdM / CBM. prior to all this I worked for ICI working through an Engineering apprenticeship from 1984 and various roles within Engineering. Specialties: Broad spectrum of Methodologies in Preventative and Predictive Maintenance to ISO 10816 standards, this coupled with Project Management skills including a SAP roll out, combining soft skills such as behavioral skills thru to Organisational Effectiveness; Kepne trego troubleshooting and broad brush in many of the industry standard application and development tools that enable business to work in the 21st century.
