I am a career data professional with over 20 years of senior leadership experience. I have a passion for building highly motivated talented teams that create brilliant systems for business people to deliver great outcomes for the customer and executive management. During my extensive career across Australia, the UK, Canada, and the US, I have always worked in the business analytics and data platform field. I have worked for many different types of businesses and sectors including large-scale complex organisations and have most recently spent the last five years working for Epworth Healthcare as the Delivery Manager, Business Analytics, focused on modernisation and improved service delivery. My passion for data and how it can really benefit every part of an organisation is evidenced by the positive impact data has made through all the data engineering strategies and projects that I have led and delivered via nurturing high-performing teams. My earlier career and prior years of consulting practice and project management provided a strong foundation for my strategic and operational senior leadership roles and achievements.
