Projects include; roof replacements, boilers + storage tank replacement, elevator modernization, guest room renovations, building envelope studies, HVAC replacements, restaurant renovations •Disaster coordination i.e. sewer backup, floods & a car driving through the lobby doors •Design and implementation of ARTS, an Asset Repair Tracking System computer program Managed 12.5 million dollars of hotel renovation projects from Lethbridge AB to Sydney NS including; H&S of contractors, site meeting, onsite trouble shooting, coordination between client & contractor, quality workmanship of contractors, followed Blue prints, specs and the “PIP” Property improvement plan document •Project managed a 7.6 million dollar build of a 70 guestroom Tower building and meeting rooms including inventory & ordering of FF & E for the Holiday Inn Sarnia • Proven ability to lead, motivate and instruct, capable of evaluating and making recommendations • Successful in organizing, problem solving & coordinating production schedule to project completion • Exercises prudent judgment when making decisions; works well under pressure situations yet still able to accomplish the required task • Quickly establishes a positive and productive rapport with all levels of management and personnel & contractors • 2001 nominated for “Best of the Best” Chief Engineer amongst all Holiday Inn Hotels • Gives 100% & inspires subordinates and associates to contribute the same level of performance
