As a Project Manager with eight years of experience in the architecture and construction industry, I have successfully managed and designed diverse spaces ranging from multifamily residential, commercial, retail, to hostels and institutions. I have a strong forte in designing spaces, client management, and AEC coordination, as well as a passion for creating sustainable and innovative solutions that meet the needs and expectations of the end-users and stakeholders.In my most recent role at The Falcon Group, I was responsible for managing 10 façade renovation projects worth $30M, from inspection to completion, ensuring compliance with NYC DOB regulations and industry best practices. I coordinated project activities with clients, civil engineers, contractors, suppliers, and other parties, and developed and managed various project documents, such as FISP reports, scope of work, project schedules, bids, proposals, budgets, work orders, change orders, risk assessments, and quality assurance. I also conducted site visits and inspections to ensure project quality, safety, and progress. Previously, I worked as an Associate Project Manager at Gajraj Acquisition and Green Realty LLC, where I oversaw large-scale projects leveraging Project management methodologies, BIM modeling, and LEED standards, and delivered results across Finance, Operations, and Design functions. I have multiple certifications, including OSHA-30, DOB 16R, and DOB SST 4-HR, and a Master's degree in Information Technology Project Management from New York University.
