I brings over 9+ years of work experience in Contract Lifecycle Management with mixed experience working in Pre and Post Contract Management. In Pre-contract Management, I have hands-on experience in the Contract Authoring Module, which includes creating a clause library and creating contract templates for the client which needs to be passed on to the various stakeholders for finalization on the Sirion Tool, I also hold an experience in Redlining of contracts and helps to make the necessary amendments to the clauses before the contract gets executed. While working on the pre-execution, I also had good exposure to Post Contract Management wherein during my 4 years of experience in Sirion, a firm that provides SaaS. My work involves transforming the contracting engagement between enterprises during the full lifecycle of the contract – from implementation to performance and ultimately closure using the CLM tool. My work also involves creating contract repositories, hierarchical document storage, manual, or auto-extraction of contract data (through AI (Artificial Intelligence), and advanced and effective change management, Obligation management, and Team handling. Thus, I have dealt with all sorts of Contracts while managing those. I also possess good experience handling clients directly, understanding their requirements, and helping the implementation set up accordingly.
