About Nihad Pasalic

Experienced software engineer with more than 15 years in industry. In my career i have been involved in many projects, and some of them i have implemented from scratch. I enjoy trying new things and projects. Last few years i have been person in charge of development teams, as Team/Tech Lead, Product Owner or as Solution Architect. Team size was up to 10 persons. I really enjoy to coach and guideline teams about agile and scrum, and make them better in following processes and procedures. Regarding Agile and Scrum I have following scrum.org certificates:* Professional Scrum Product Owner I * Professional Scrum Master I * Scaled Professional Scrum Due to my main orientation for backend i prefer Golang, and combination of open source databases like MySQL or PostgreSQL, but i have knowledge about non relational databases too. I also have strong skills for Docker, Kubernetes and CI/CD pipeline. For privileges and permission i prefer to use RBAC or RLS. Most recently i have switched to cloud and focus is on AWS, for which i have finished AWS Cloud Practitioner and AWS Solution Architect Associate certifications. For tasks management i have experience with Atlassian Jira/Confluence, Wrike, Asana and Shortcut.
