My experience includes a Business Systems Analyst Co-op role at TD and my current position as Team Lead at Globalfaces Direct. In this role, I consistently achieve KPIs 20% above targets, manage concerns for over fundraisers, and drive improvements in quality and conversion rates. I also develop personalized reports to monitor daily performance and call quality, and create engagement strategies that foster a positive and competitive team culture. Growing up in a business-oriented family, I was immersed in the world of numbers and risks from an early age, fueling my passion for business development. Over six years of volunteering in my community, I’ve provided inclusivity, engagement, trust, and support to over individuals. I successfully built programs from the ground up, handling everything from planning and marketing to finance, collaboration, analysis, and execution with a dedicated team of 12 committee members.
