As Managing Partner of the law firm, I overlook the operations at the firm which is having its law offices in Mumbai, New Delhi, Pune and Hyderabad. VLLP with its team of Five (5) partners and thirty (30) advocates, is providing corporate law and litigation services to its corporate clients. As part of its corporate law practice, VLLP is engaged in mergers and acquisitions, strategic legal advice, drafting of transaction documentation and negotiations for multinational and domestic corporate clients. VLLP is providing civil and criminal litigation services to its corporate clients on a pan India basis including cities like Mumbai, Pune, New Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai, Kolkata & Hyderabad before various courts and tribunals. Our practice includes representing corporates in domestic & international arbitration and proceedings under the Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code, 2016 (IBC). After completing a course on International Commercial Litigation at the London School of Economics (LSE), I completed my LL.B degree from Government Law College (GLC), Mumbai.
