About Nike Koper

After having completed my Advanced MSc Degree in International Relations and Diplomacy from Leiden University and Clingendael, I did a lot of volunteer work for various organizations, and started a career at Hotelschool The Hague as a Timetable Officer in 2021. After that, I also had an addition role as LYCar Planner in March, 2022, and I have currently been promoted to Project Officer & Digital Support (Exams) Team Lead. Having learned about human rights-related issues, refugees, and migration, I have developed an inspiration for helping people around the world with the strengths that I possess. In addition, I am very interested in Investigative/forensic work (also digitally), qualitative research, social psychology, forensic psychology, puzzling, planning, HR, scheduling and working in environments that are inclusive and diverse. This has been brought about from the experiences I've gone through, having lived in 10 different countries and visited 45. Brought-up in multicultural environments, and having met multicultural people, I hope to pursue a career in the fields of international relations, human rights, investigative fields (PI) or psychology, using my investigative, IT, analytical, research, communicative and puzzling skills to the best of my ability.
