I take my responsibilities seriously, and I'm likely to put others' needs above my own. I'm service-oriented, highly observant, and tuned in to others reactions. My strengths come clearly into focus when asked to protect, help, or maintain the traditions, customs, or rights of an individual or organization. I'm focused on the here and now and prefer to not spend too much time on abstract or theoretical ideas. Structure and order is my way to rumble. I can become innerly uncomfortable when facing conflict, naturally I answer to it with my problem-solving skills. Others may misunderstand me as reserved, cool or detached. However, those that get to know me find that I'm warm-hearted, kind and considerate.
