Northern Trust Alternative Fund Service ( Operations ): Main vision is to reconcile Client’s statement with ours, if not contact the Fund company for the share discrepancy. Fund of hedge Fund ( Procurement ): We have to be in contact with Fund company to check the status of the deals placed. Also cross trained on various processes & was given SPOC activities. State Street Global Advisor Marketing Compliance : Many products are launched into market. Those products distributed externally are required to be formally reviewed and approved by Marketing Compliance Prior to distribution. These are regulated & monitored by FINRA, SEC and later distributed to the public. Responsible for Risk identification and Risk Analysis of Investment Models and Products performance such as ETF, Mutual Funds, Plans and Strategies, Securities to ensure adherence to global investment industry regulations, as well as internal firm guidelines. ROLES : Marketing Compliance is a part of the Compliance team provides coverage and support to Trading business Globally i.e NA, EMEA, APAC. The primary responsibility is to monitor and perform oversight and regular review of polices and procedures for various countries globally.
