About Nikhil Agarwal

At WiseTech Global / Blume Global, I lead product for a portfolio of B2B platforms spanning marine terminals, rail depots, and supply chain visibility - processing millions of daily transactions across multiple locations and covering ~80% of global container volume. I’ve built IoT ingestion pipelines (1M+ messages/day), real-time tracking platforms, billing and payments engines, appointment and reservation systems, and asset management platforms scaled to 200K+ units. Before that, I delivered product and strategy across a range of B2B and enterprise contexts: modernizing a 2M+ shipment/day international platform at UPS (25–30% cost reduction), building a 0→1 automotive visibility product at Wallenius Wilhelmsen (on-time delivery 94% → 98%), and anchoring a $15M omnichannel delivery and loyalty program at Walgreens. What I do best: take gnarly, fragmented B2B operations and turn them into clean, scalable platforms with measurable outcomes. I work at the intersection of product strategy, domain expertise, data, and engineering - and I’ve done it across startup, enterprise, and consulting environments.Core platform capabilities I bring: · IoT & real-time data ingestion at scale · API-led B2B integrations & partner ecosystems · Complex onboarding & entity management · Billing, payments & monetisation logic · 0→1 builds and 1→10 scaling · Multi-party marketplace & network products Reach out at niks1.agarwal@gmail.com or DM me here
