Nikhil is currently working as the Chief of Staff for Consumer Industry in Deloitte Middle East. He is responsible for helping the Consumer industry managing partner grow the business in the region. Nikhil comes with an overall experience of 10 years spanned across 3 organizations including his current role. Nikhil worked for 5 years with Deloitte USI. He joined the organization as an Analyst and climbed 3 steps up during his tenure to exit as an Assistant Manager. His job profile in Deloitte USI revolved around Research, Advisory and Consulting. In between his Deloitte USI and Deloitte Middle East stints, Nikhil spent around 8 months at the Adani Group in their Strategy & Chairman’s office team. Nikhil has completed his post-graduation with an MBA in Marketing and he joined a Research and Advisory organization Aranca as a campus recruit where he completed a stint of 2 years. Nikhil with his graduation in Mechanical Engineering has lived and worked in multiple locations across India and overseas.
