As a Finance Data Scientist at Niagara Bottling, I fulfill reporting and business intelligence requirements that involve analyses, recommendations, and risk mitigation to support the company's low-cost leadership strategy. I maintain, automate, and optimize data pipelines to ensure quality and timely delivery of data products, using transformation tools and a data mesh. I also support the Sr. Quantitative Financial Analyst in all NBL (U.S.) financial reporting and development of process and data products, and I am the primary owner of EDM (Mexico) reporting. I have a master's degree in Business Analytics and Information Systems from the University of South Florida, where I co-led the Graduate Student Applied Research Network and coordinated events for fostering partnerships between industry and university research. I have delivered multiple high-impact data applications and solutions that led to new revenue streams, optimized existing systems, and cultivated data-driven decision making. I have utilized advanced querying, visualization, and analytics tools, such as Excel, Tableau, R, and Python, to analyze and process complex data sets and apply statistical modeling, hypothesis testing, machine learning, NLP, and other quantitative techniques to solve business problems and customer segmentation. I have also published three international papers and have been fortunate to work with some excellent leaders in the domain.
