Project Management: End to end project management from planning, engineering designs to supply and monitoring on-site activities for the final execution of erection and commissioning projects. Monitoring projects with respect to cost, resource deployment, time over –runs & quality compliance; evaluating project progress & ensuring timely delivery of projects within the time and budgeted norms. Operations & Maintenance: Identifying areas of obstruction / breakdowns through breakdown analysis using 8D, RCM, FMEA techniques and then carrying out the functions of troubleshooting and predictive / preventive / shutdown maintenance for reducing machinery downtime to minimum. Preparing maintenance / repair schedules and conducting tests to ensure the overall equipment efficiency of machinery downtime to minimum. Implementing effective processes / techniques; reviewing and re-designing existing processes for enhancing operational efficacy and achieving maximum cost savings. Quality Assurance Conducting internal quality audits and taking necessary corrective and preventive measures to ensure compliance with quality standards, sustain and drive continuous improvement in the quality system. Managing and monitoring the performance of the multi-skilled work force and conceptualising need-based training programs to achieve health, safety and environment objectives. Developing of standard maintenance & operation procedures viz. ISO 9001, 18001,14001. Process Enhancement & Cost saving Identifying areas of improvement and recommending process modifications and equipment calibrations to enhance the operational efficiencies of the systems Preparing reports to apprise top management of the routine engineering operations and assist in critical decision-making.
