I currently serve as the Chief of Staff to Co-Founder at EPIC World. My work revolves around managing the workstreams for the EPIC Intelligence platform and streamlining internal operations I previously completed my 2+ years tenure with Loop, a pioneer in insurtech and healthcare benefits. During my tenure, I had the privilege to work across different teams under all the co-founders at some point. The following are my key achievements - Customer Success - Managed a portfolio of INR 100 million+- Renewed the enterprise clients at a 30% revenue bump with an INR 10 million+ of cross-sell and up-sell Operations - Instituted a new operational process to remove redundancies - 25% improvement in TAT for delivery of key milestones Member Experience -<2% missed call rate -<30 mins First Response Time - Launched 2 new claims servicing products for assistance in both cashless and reimbursement claims Escalation Handling - Worked with the CEO to resolve all client escalations up to March 2023within 45 days - Managed escalations to the COO by breaking them down into actionable items for teams within Loop and managing client communication Before my tenure with Loop, I completed my MBA by specializing in Marketing and Operations with the following highlights - 1.
