About Nikhil Enugula

Hi! I am Nikhil and I identify as a first generation-college student, an queer immigrant and person of color. I have been responsible for designing and driving leadership development, cultural change, organizational effectiveness and DEI initiatives for last 14 years. My practice is informed by master's degree in organizational behavior but found my calling in higher education and corporate America, where my main focus was advocating for organizational design, talent development, leadership effectiveness, culture, employee engagement and DEI. I consider himself as corporate farmer, who sow seeds for growth by implementing programs that improve employee engagement, and organizational transformation while removing systemic barriers, create scalable learning journeys. Currently, I am living my best life as a Director of Diversity and Inclusion, I have demonstrated history of partnering with HR to align client strategies with executive visions using innovative framework.
