As a FP & A Manager at beetsandroots, I focus on financial modelling, developing tools, making reports and analyzing data to improve and optimize the daily, weekly and monthly operational activities of one of the fastest growing fast casual restaurant chain in Germany focusing on healthy food. I leverage my strong background in Accounting and Finance, as well as my first hand experience in data analysis, process optimization and digitalization to ensure accuracy and efficiency in reporting and operations. Previously, I worked as an Operations and Finance Consultant for Zepto, a unicorn startup in the quick-commerce and hyperlocal delivery market in India, with a valuation of over $1.4 Billion, where I was responsible for treasury functions and managing daily cash burns. I also collaborated with the Finance team to design and implement the process for reconciliation of accounts with the payment gateways, as well as other operational departments mainly the supply chain and last mile partners. My past work experience also includes working as a Finance Specialist in Balance Sheet Substantiation for Citibank, a Senior Accounting and MIS specialist for Wonderchef Home Appliances Pvt Ltd, an Accounts and Taxation Assistant at a private consulting firm, and completed a 3-year internship as an Articled Assistant at a firm of Chartered Accountants with training focused on Accounting, Taxation, and Auditing. I bring a wealth of experience as a Finance and Accounts professional, showcasing honed analytical, logical, technical, and problem-solving skills.
