Certified General & Minimal Access Surgeon with experience in surgical gastroenterology (G.I. Surgery) and minimal access surgery (M.A.S.) of more than 10 years. Academically focussed, guest reviewer for Indian Journal of Surgery and author of various publications in international journals. • Worked for 10 years at one of North India's most voluminous private tertiary care center with post-graduate and super-speciality training facility. • Involved in imparting surgical skills and advanced laparoscopic training to super-speciality trainees and fellows. • Assisted/performed/taught over 2500 general surgical/core surgical- gastroenterology and minimal access procedures. • Presented papers at various national and international conferences and has been awarded the prestigious ‘Annual Travel Bursary Grant’ by the Indian Association of Surgical Gastroenterology in 2018. • Authored review articles, original articles, technical innovation and case reports in various international journals. • Collaborator in the International CHOLECOVID research collaborative for management of acute cholecystitis during the COVID pandemic (Published in the British Journal of Surgery March 2022) • Collaborator in the pan-India multicenter prospective study on ventral hernias IAGES Research Collaborative (Published in the Hernia Aug 2022)
