1.Expert in ultrasound guided procedures specifically central venous cannulation, guided peripheral lines, guided PICC lines (regularly doing Groshong line insertions for leukemia patients), ultrasound guided neonatal and infant radial arterial lines, ultrasound guided central neuraxial blocks and ultrasound guided regional blocks. Competent in diagnostic ultrasonographic modalities including functional echocardiography, lung ultrasound, airway ultrasound, spinal ultrasound, echocardiographic positioning of vascular catheters, abdominal and gastric ultrasound. Expertise in paediatric lung isolation for thoracic surgery and conducted multiple workshops for the same. High level competency in fibreoptic bronchoscopy for difficult airway situations, performing either in isolation or in combination with videolaryngoscope, supraglottic device and endoscopic mask. Competent in other aspects of paediatric anaesthesia including epidural, caudal, difficult IV cannulation (with blind saphenous, vein finder or USG), direct and videolaryngoscopy, mask ventilation, deep extubation, smooth separation of children with or without premedication. 6.Regular in managing major paediatric cases (thoracic, neonatal, tumors, major congenital anomalies) and high risk cases down to small preterm babies. Familiar and using latest monitoring devices (NIRS, Echo, ORi, NMT, BIS, cardiac output monitors) and various techniques (TIVA, opioid free and sparing techniques, low flow anaesthesia, etc) and newer anaesthesia workstations.
