I’m Nikhil Patel, a passionate IT professional originally from India, now based in Canada to pursue growth in the dynamic and rapidly evolving tech industry. With a foundation in network administration and a degree in IT, I began my career as a Systems Analyst, where I developed a strong problem-solving mindset and a keen interest in cloud technologies. Currently, I work as a Cloud Specialist, focusing on cloud infrastructure, virtual machine patching, and alerting rule configurations. My day-to-day involves handling SARs, incidents, and service requests, while continuously expanding my expertise in Microsoft Azure, Active Directory, Virtualization, VMware, Storage, DNS, and Backup solutions. I take pride in my ability to connect with people and collaborate effectively across teams. My curiosity and drive to learn something new every day have been key to my growth. Looking ahead, my long-term goal is to strengthen both my technical and leadership capabilities to support and manage large-scale IT systems.
