Extensive Experience of BEV and PHEV like VF6 & 7_RHD, Aiways U5, JLR L551C, etc. and ICE like Dastun RediGo, TATA Altroz, etc Worked for Tata Motors Altroz Light weighting Project in scope was to optimize weight on grounds of Vehicle Architecture, Materials, Manufacturing, Styling etc. for future EV programs in TATA Motors. Extensive experience of 3 years in feasibility analysis of automotive sheet metal parts and design of press tool. Well and good understanding of GD & T and Stack-up calculations, drawing reading, panel feasibility study, capturing customer requirement, creating design specifications. Good Exposure of project management processes and tools like Agile process, JIRA, RCA method, etc.
