Highly experienced A/R Specialist with 8 plus years of experience including being responsible for the research of invalid deductions taken by customer accounts as well as following up missing or incomplete documentation. As an Accounts Receivable Audit Analyst with Internal Audit Bureau, I was responsible for the research of various chargebacks and the entire chargeback and mitigation analysis process. My experience in chargeback mitigation analysis includes working with clients such as Randstad, Rightsourcing, Tapfin, Kelly Services, Hallmark, Guidant Global etc. Other responsibilities have included being responsible for reversing and applying open credits, as well as adjusting short pays. I have maintained a portfolio of roughly 100 customer accounts, candidates and 100-million-dollar accounts as well.
