About Nikhil Stephen

I always knew I wanted to be involved in technology – when I selected Computer Science as my chosen elective in 12th grade, when I chose Computer Engineering over other streams in college. This belief was firmly cemented as I completed my Masters in IT Management.I’m always interested in tech; it comes easy to me and I enjoy my time I spent learning and working with tech.Something I like equally, is helping people – in the office I work in, community I live in and others who I meet through extended networks.Through my career so far, I’ve found a way to marry these two interests of mine by offering my expertise and services in System Administrator roles, helpdesk management and helping IT enabled businesses to do what they do best. Together, to co-create value.Turns out, helping people isn’t only a noble feeling to have, but also a responsibility that requires organization and management as we scale it up to help and support hundreds of colleagues. My experience so far has allowed me to stay true to my core values and upskill myself in technology and management.Staying curious, I’m learning to transition into a leader by taking up companywide IT projects, in addition to projects for my office. I practice leadership skills and public speaking at Toastmasters, which allows me to nurture my talents and has turned into an avenue for me to help other curious leaders.
