About Nikhila Devi

I am a passionate HR & Marketing Professional with 5 years of diversified experience. The years of my experience in the field of HR enabled me to gather pearls in various domains of HR- Recruitment, Onboarding, L&D and Employee services. I hail from an Engineering background specialising in Information Technology and acquired MBA with a dual specialisation in HR and Marketing from GITAM University. In keeping myself unrestrained to work in both the specialisations I learned, contributed to a vast scope of my learning arena and made myself a prolific learner.I am qualified as a CHRM and learned on HRIS (Oracle). To keep abreast with the dynamics and advent of latest technologies that would add on to my skill repertoire, I got certified in Data Analytics from Purdue University, certified in R programming from IBM, learned on Python programming, and BI tools- Tableau and Power BI. I am learned and certified on the fundamentals of AI, ML and Deep Learning. As a certified Yoga Trainer by Ministry of Ayush India, I do Corporate Yoga training and hold a Diploma in Vegan Nutrition and Dietetics to add on to my contribution in imparting wellness at work. Avid blogging, Toastmasters, film & travel journalism, Calligraphy, Bharatanatyam (Indian classical dance form) appends to my passion.
