Worked as an IT professional with close to 4 years of experience in Incident management, Information Security, Handling Bridge Calls and Driving them effectively, also good knowledge on Service - Now ticketing tool, technical expertise on tools like Active Directory, Cisco AMP, SEPM Console, Citrix and Vulnerability management. I work with Genpact, Managed incident resolution from initial occurrence to successful outcome Negotiated with other managers to establish priorities Joined Genpact as Process Associate where my initial responsibility was providing Technical assistance on VDI Issues, Good knowledge of handling Critical and High Priority Incidents, send communications as per the SLA of business and handle escalations. Later promoted as Technical Associate and key job responsibilities were handling daily internal team reports like Daily Dashboard, SLA Dashboard & Open Case report by coordinating with different teams and share with client on daily basis. Good understanding and working with security applications like Cisco AMP and Symantec end point management console, where I monitor and analyze end point security, Good knowledge in multiple security disciplines (Vulnerability, Virus, Spam, Phishing). Worked with security operations where I monitor end points with the help of Cisco AMP and SEPM console, check the virus definitions which are updated periodically and no host is infected with malicious software/applications. Presently working as VM Analyst providing Vulnerability Management to about 75 Operating Companies (OpCos) spread across the globe.
