Troubleshooting and Support: Troubleshoot and resolve database-related issues, providing support to developers, users, and other stakeholders. Database Installation and Configuration: Install and configure SQL Server instances. Set up and manage database environments, including development, testing, and production. Security Management: Implementing and managing database security measures, including encryption, access controls, and auditing. Ensure compliance with data security regulations and best practices. ServiceNow Request Management: Create and manage database-related requests through the ServiceNow platform. Ensure timely resolution of requests and incidents, maintaining clear communication with stakeholders throughout the process. Service Level Agreements (SLAs):Adhere to defined SLAs by resolving database issues and completing tasks within the agreed-upon timeframes.
