My approach to human resources, grounded in the principles of diversity, equity and inclusion, was developed after over two decades of experience as an HR director, small business leaders as an HR consultant, as well as my experience in Fortune 500 HR. In addition to my 3 HR professional certifications, I hold a Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish from Arizona State University, and an MBA in HR Management from the University of Phoenix.
