About Niki Sirotti

My name is Nicole (Niki) Sirotti and I am currently a licensed and Board Certified Behavior Analyst at Great Lakes Center for Autism Treatment and Research. I am located in Kalamazoo, Michigan, and have been practicing in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis for 8 years, and have been a certified behavior analyst for the last 4 years. I started working in the field in 2015 as a behavior technician at the Great Lakes Center for Autism Treatment and Research in Portage, MI. While working at the Great Lakes Center as a technician, I worked with children and teens heavily impacted by autism and other developmental delays from ages 6 years to 18 years of age. During my time working in residential, I worked primarily on decreasing maladaptive behaviors and teaching appropriate replacement behaviors to ensure long-term success and safety for our clients. Since then, I have had continued experience with that age range and have also expanded that to include children from ages 18 months-6 years old. In 2016, I moved to Traverse City, MI to work with Autism Centers of Michigan, now known as Acorn Health Company. In February of 2022 I returned to Kalamazoo, MI to work for Great Lakes to start a new outpatient program on the North side of the city.
