About Niki Smith

I am Niki Smith, a licensed Realtor affiliated with Coldwell Banker Elite, proudly serving the Colonial Beach area. My journey in the real estate industry began in 2012 when I started as an assistant. It was during this time that I discovered my genuine passion for helping clients find their perfect homes. Motivated by this experience, I obtained my real estate license the following year, and ever since, I have cherished every moment of my career. I firmly believe that every sale is unique, just as every client is distinct in their preferences and needs.Having migrated from Northumberland County to Colonial Beach over nineteen years ago, I consider myself a local to the Northern Neck. There is an undeniable charm in the simplicity of a small town with a single stop light – it truly feels like home. And let's not forget the endearing presence of golf carts, which gracefully share the roads, waving and welcoming all who pass by.What sets me apart as a realtor is my sense of humor. I strive to create a relaxed and enjoyable experience for my clients, understanding that finding the right home can sometimes be stressful. To provide my utmost dedication, I deliberately limit the number of clients I work with at any given time. This ensures that I can devote personalized attention to each individual, focusing on their unique needs and desires.
