About Nikiki T. Bogle

Ms. Bogle is an experienced Immigration Attorney and Trial Lawyer; conducted over 100 criminal trials as Lead Counsel. In addition, she has substantial negotiation expertise. She is the Managing Partner of Bogle & Chang, LLC law firm, and specializing in: Immigration, Entertainment, Criminal Defense, International, Nonprofit and Appeals. She is Chair of the Business Immigration Practice Group, working with corporations to grow and retain top talented foreign nationals who wish to work and live in the United States. Her entertainment practice focuses on music contracts, music publishing, literary contracts, copyright, trademark; and negotiating successful deals for clients. Ms. Bogle is the Founder & Chief Executive Officer of the Caribbean Education Foundation, Inc.(CEF), a registered nonprofit organization that helps poor children to receive meaningful access to quality education in Jamaica and remaining Caribbean. CEF provides academic scholarships to poor children in Jamaica so they are able to attend school. In addition, CEF is currently creating a Learning & Technology Center for poor youth in Kingston, Jamaica. In October 2011, the Boston Business Journal named her a "Top 40 Under 40" Business Leader; selected as 1 of 40 from over 500 nominations of the best, brightest and innovative business leaders who are under age 40 in Massachusetts. In August 2011 in New York City, she was awarded a "New York State Assembly Citation" for her tireless efforts in helping poor children receive access to quality education in the Caribbean as President of the Caribbean Education Foundation. Ms. Bogle was honored in Boston Magazine as "Top Women Attorneys in Massachusetts 2014-2016" and "Super Lawyer Rising Star 2010-2015". She is a frequent Speaker on panels, conferences and events concerning Immigration, Criminal and Education matters.
