As an international intellectual property counsel, I work in the field of corporate commercial and intellectual property matters (transactional and enforcement), offering strategic and transactional advice to clients from various sectors and industries. I help companies to create, protect, and enforce their legal rights, trade secrets, and data privacy policies, as well as draft and execute various agreements and contracts. I have also handled litigation and represented clients at various courts and tribunals across India, dealing with infringement suits, commercial disputes, recovery suits, and consumer complaints. I have successfully assisted clients in securing favorable outcomes, settlements, and injunctions in multiple cases. In addition,I assist seniors in various commercial matters and appear before judicial and quasi-judicial bodies. I graduated from Deccan Education Society's Law College with a Bachelor of Laws (B.A.LL.B) degree in 2021, where I developed a keen interest in intellectual property laws, business laws, and transaction advisory. I have always aspired to be a good intellectual property transactional lawyer and have gained valuable experience and skills in this domain.
