About Nikitha Manoj Thomas

I am a junior at Indiana University's Kelley School of Business, majoring in finance and accounting. I have a passion to lead and analyze situations quantitatively. I have demonstrated these skills throughout my school life where I was repeatedly elected to the student council body for all my classes from middle school to high school. I also had the opportunity to intern as the financial planner and analyst for smile dental clinic where I was able to budget expenses and provide real-time goals for the company. Now at Indiana University, I continue to learn and seek new opportunities to expand my skillsets as a professional. In my spare time, I research to learn more about the various career paths I can take as a finance major. I am currently in the retail workshop where I get to network and interact with various companies and meet like-minded individuals. I look forward to finding a finance internship where I will be exposed to the real business world to get hands-on experience. In the future I see myself being a financial planner where I get to utilize my quantitative and analytical skills to help people or companies make the best use of their money.
